This is a Resorts Condominium International (RCI) Resort. The resort is in a beautiful valley surrounded by seven 4000-foot mountain peaks in the White Mountains of N.H.  Recent improvements include new siding, roofing, windows, and furniture. On-Site Resort Activities are Numerous: Take a shuttle to ski or snowboard on the edge of town or walk to just about everything. Play tennis at a top 50 tennis resort by using partner signup board, daily drop-in round-robins, play tournaments, or take a clinic. Skate at a full size ice arena, enjoy bike/skateboard park, or golf with great mountain views. You can also walk to the sports center for indoor or outdoor swimming at the Olympic size pools. The sports center also has two indoor tennis courts, racquet ball, a game room, short running track, sauna, and aerobic and weight training rooms. You can walk to your choice of award winning restaurants or casual dining. Other activities include hiking, biking, cross-country ski, or snowshoe on numerous miles of trails. Fly fish in the Mad River that runs through the town. Also, there are sports camps (day and in-residence) opportunities. Activities within an Hour Drive: Visit the Flume Gorge, the Lost River, or play golf at a top New England course - the Owls Nest. Take the kids to Santa’s village and the Clark’s Trading Post for the famous bear show. Take a ride to the Lake Winnepesaukearea for a boat trip or to a nice restaurant. Take a ride on the scenic Kancamagus Highway and visit numerous waterfalls along the way. Take the cog railway up Mt. Washington or have lunch at the Mt. Washington Inn overlooking the Mountains.
